About Us

For the last five years, wedding singers Becca Kaufman and Paula Ramsey, co-hosted I Do, I Do, a relationship and wedding radio show on 105.9FM, WCKG, Chicago. Recognized as “wedding experts”, the two have made many television appearances locally (WGN, NBC, FOX, CLTV) as well as across the country, and are Contributing Editors for Chicago Bride Magazine. The dynamic duo is currently working on a book about the humorous and unseen side of weddings.

Becca Kaufman, a native New Yorker, moved to Chicago to attend Northwestern University. An accomplished studio singer and voice-over talent, you've heard Becca proclaiming the delights of Coke, Diet Coke, Bally's, Buick and many others. Her character voices can be heard on many games and toys, including the smash CD-ROM series 'You Don't Know Jack'. In fact, she was just featured on WGN-TV as “Chicago’s Very Own” because of her vocal gymnastics. No stranger to legitimate stages, Becca has been privileged to perform alongside the likes of Lily Tomlin, Brooke Shields, Phoebe Snow, Tony Roberts and Ellen Burstyn as well as appearing in the long-running hit School House Rock Live! Some of her favorite gigs have been singing the National Anthem for the world champion Chicago Bulls and her forever-losing New York Knicks. Becca was the Executive Producer of Music for the Heart, a collection of 23 original children’s songs, benefiting The Children’s Heart Foundation, released throughout the Midwest in April 2002. She is the Executive Producer and Founder of Singer Spotlight Productions, offering singers of all experience levels monthly singing opportunities and educational experiences around Chicagoland.

Paula Ramsey’s singing career has taken her across the United States, Canada and South America. She has performed along side Sammy Davis Jr., Joan Rivers, Joe Williams, Chaka Kahn, Henny Youngman and Billy Ocean to name a few. Paula was a regular in the Chicago nightclub scene at the Pinnacle Restaurant on Lake Shore Drive and Milt Trenier’s Jazz Club for many years. Her most memorable performances though, were for Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Clubs that booked her across the country. Although she loves performing “live”, she’s quite busy and happy in the recording studio. You can hear this much in demand voice over and singing talent on commercials for United Airlines, Shout, Maytag Appliances, Aleve, Fantastik, Glade, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and many others. Paula co-produces Singer Spotlight North Shore a monthly singer showcase, giving all singers a chance to shine, at the acclaimed nightclub Pops Highwood.
